I am a marine wildlife biologist with over two decades of experience in the marine research and policy arena. Most of my research and work centers on understanding how marine mammals interact with, and respond to human activities and changes within their environment. I also specialize in project development, management, and implementation for marine planning and capital projects in Washington State. I am currently the Marine Project Manager for San Juan County.
